 This story is based on characters and situations from the tv show
Xena.  No copyright infringement is intended.  All characters are
copyright © MCA/Universal.  This story was written purely for
enjoyment and no sort of monetary profit is being derived from it.

I had two motivations to write this story.  For one thing,
I wanted to do something about some of the continuity
problems that have crept into the fictional universe of
Xena and Hercules - such as Strife dying in Xena's
time after he had already shown up alive and well on an
episode of Hercules that was set in the future.

Far more importantly, I wanted to focus on one of my favorite
characters - Discord, played by the talented Meighan Desmond.
Plus it was also a chance to have fun writing Aphrodite, played
by the equally talented Alexandra Tydings, and Ares, played by
the also quite talented Kevin Smith.
